multimedia policy
Graphics Policy: You could use the graphics I make for your personal enjoyment or on forums or websites or wherever else, but please don't claim them as your own or post them on your website.Media Policy: Support L'Arc~en~Ciel and Hyde by actually purchasing their music and videos/DVDs. The music I provide for you is just be a sample of their work, to encourage you to buy their albums. Some recommended sites to purchase Laruku goodies: Yesasia, CD Japan, Amazon, HMV
Image Policy: You can use any of the images for your site; I have no reason to care. I hate when website owners watermark every Hyde picture with their site address or logo. If you're an angry website owner who finds some of their pictures in my gallery, then email me and I'll link to your site for credit. But I honestly don't think it takes much energy to press a few buttons on a scanner and scan in an image. I scan things myself. It's not hard. Either way, you aren't the original photographer of the image, nor are you Hyde himself, so you shouldn't be so possessive over pictures. If anything, you could email me and I'll link to you, but I probably won't take the pictures down :\ Besides all that, I've been collecting Hyde images for AWHILE, and I really can't remember where I get each picture. All the Hyde pictures on my computer are kept in one 200MB+ unorganized folder, each with lengthy filenames that in no way help categorize them. Therefore, I really don't remember the source of the images. However, for the most part, I've included my sources in the links section of this site.
One more thing: No direct linking. This means that if you want to use one of these pictures for your site, or you want to show them to somebody on a message board or something, then save them onto your computer and then upload them onto an image hosting site. Then you can link to the picture while it's on that image host's server. Some good image hosts are photobucket and imageshack, for example. Direct linking takes up my bandwidth. If I run out of bandwidth, then this site goes bye-bye. So yeah, you get the point, just don't direct link.
